How it Works

The one-piece stainless steel plate surface divides into THREE (3*) DIFFERENT TEMPERATURE SECTIONS:

Not in operation...

the table surface is absolutely flat and even.

When on...

the centre gently bows downwards approximately 20mm.

During operation...

the one-piece surface divides into three (3) different temperature sections.

The Cooking Centre

Sinks down slightly towards the heat source, thus forming a shallow cooking base (thermal expansion)...

The Warming Area

A ring about 8.5cm wide surrounding the cooking centre. The termpeature in that area is approximately 50% lower than the set cooking temperature...

The Dining Area

The remaining space around the warming area towards the edge of the table, which stays completely cold...

...simply plug into a normal power outlet and start cooking.

Temperature is instantly controlled by a dial which is conveniently located under the plate.

Functional

Once you have finished the cooking chores, the Marinyaki quickly converts to a general-use table. Need a filleting board? Add the reversible filleting/bait board infill and PRESTO, you have a handy filleting table at your fingertips.

Cleaning

It's revolutionary design makes the Marinyaki incredibly easy to clean.

Simply pour approximately one cup of water onto the plate, allow to simmer for a short time and then gently scrap with a heavy duty plastic spatula to remove any solidified residue. Push residue into the moulded cleaning trap which drains into the cleaning bin, located under the table.

All the models are spray proof which makes hosing down the tops a convenient and great way to keep maintenance down to a minimum.

Storage

The Marinyaki 'Gunwale' Premier model hot plates are easily mounted in a rod holder and have a quick-release lever for adjustment to any angle.

It then folds up easily, being less than 15cm deep, for space saving storage.
