The 304 Grade stainless steel Cook-N-Dine plate is recessed into a premium quality fiberglass table which is mounted onto the sturdy pedestal bolted to the deck.

The UV safe, reversable cutting board Insert accessory protects the cooking plate and converts the surface into a multiuse table. The reversable insert provides "Presentation" surface for general use application. The reverse side is suitable for filleting/baiting or as a work table.
